Vintage Things!
My mom and I have a thing for small-town thrift stores. We both enjoy rummaging through old dishes and knick-knacks, searching for something special. It could be a primary-colored Pyrex bowl or a peony platter. But for us, the holy grail is the vintage cat figurine. Well, I scored big this year.

And hey, I recognize that little tree! :) That day was fun. And you know what? I ended up getting that ceramic coffee cup that I had trouble deciding on for Christmas from the roomie. Hooray!
