I looked forward to these steaks all afternoon. The marinade smelled really good.
I like rolls brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with poppy seeds.
Finally, Josh came home and grilled the steaks. Mom brought me this little mini platter the other day. It's perfect for a New York strip! I had another small platter for Josh's steak. It was cool.
We had baked potatoes and leftover broccoli too.
