OMG, let me just say it is so difficult to leave a comment on this blog. I can't even figure out how to leave a comment myself. Actually... I did comment on one of my own posts a few days ago without any problems. So I don't know why I'm having trouble today. This blogspot or blogger or whatever it's called seems kinda glitchy to me.
Anyway, Josh didn't get home from work until 2am this morning! He was working at some event at the Peabody in Little Rock. He brought me some roses from the event, but he forgot to bring them in when he got home... so they sat in his tool bag all night. But I think they perked up pretty good once he got them in some water. Pretty!
I made cheese enchiladas tonight. I don't think they turned out too good, but whatever. Is it weird that I take pictures of my dinner?
I had one enchilada, 1/4 cup of cowboy caviar, and 1 oz of fritos. Altogether it cost me 550 calories. Pretty normal for dinner for me. It's usually somewhere in the 500-600 calorie range.
So, I like to watch TV while I'm eating, and for the last couple days I seem to find myself watching that "Jersey Shore" show on MTV. And I must say, it makes my stomach turn a little. But I just can't look away... For those of you who don't know, I am one quarter Italian. (I'm so proud of that! : ) ) And my grandparents used to live in the same town where they film "Jersey Shore" (the Toms River area). I used to go there every summer. And my dad grew up in the same town where "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is filmed (Franklin Lakes). Isn't that funny? "Jersey Shore" is RIDICULOUS though. Someone please remind me to get rid of cable if I ever have kids.

I have trouble commenting too. It noticed that I get an error message the first time I hit post comment that says try again. So if I hit post comment a second time it seems to work. Hope that helps.
Testing.
OK, in my settings I just changed the comment format from 'embedded' to 'pop-up window', and now I can comment. What the deal was (I think) is that if you have stuff for your template that you've brought in from a third party (the lovely black & white and pink swirly pattern thing I have as my background), it will not support the embedded comment format. So maybe it will be easier to comment now, we'll see. It's easier for ME to comment anyway.
No. It is not weird to take photos of your dinner. I do it all the time. Even in public. Especially when what I'm about to eat is pretty.
I especially like to make others food pretty when I serve it to them. Often times, the roomies food is prettier than mine. I like to think of it as a love language- "I made it special!"
P.S.- the rose photo looks great!!!!
